We will start with a deposit of $35 to confirm all appointments. This fee is credited towards your services deposits are NON-Refundable , but are transferable. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Chime and Apple Pay are acceptable form of payment . Please include a $3.50 fee to credit and debit card. We allow ONLY 1 in appointment reschedule per month. We asked our clients to notify us 24 to 48 hours before the existing appointment your deposit will be credited towards your new appointment. ‼️‼️ DEPOSITS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN (12) HOURS OF AN APPOINTMENT ARE NON- TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO-CALL/NO-SHOW: WE CHARGE (75%) OF THE SERVICE FEE BOOKED FOR NO-CALL/NO-SHOW ‼️‼️ Please make sure when scheduling, book for all services you want done. Appointments are based on TIME. VIP appointments are hours outside of my work hours Tuesday- Saturday 8am - 2pm. There is an additional $50 fee added to your service total IF YOU ARE SICK PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ‼️‼️‼️ IF YOU SHOW UP TO APPOINTMENT SICK I WILL CANCEL YOUR SERVICE. ‼️‼️ LACE/ WIG SERVICES All lace services require a deposit which ranges from $15-$25 AND DOES GO TOWARD YOUR SERVICE FEE If you've scheduled for any frontal service wig install frontal quickweave or frontal sew in I will need your frontal/wig 2 days prior to your appointment If your appointment is on a Monday or Tuesday I would need your unit the Friday before your appointment If you bring your frontal in the same day as your appointment or within 24 hours of your appointment time $30 will be added to your service DROP OFF IS AT THE SHOP please be sure to text or call to make sure I’m there

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Ross Gurls Beauty has a 75% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Ross Gurls Beauty at 8167149575 or msross8709@yahoo.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
