To confirm your appointment, we’ll need a $35 deposit. Please note that deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred for the first time if you need to reschedule. Acceptable payment methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Please add $2.50 to all Apple Pay payments. Additionally, please include a $3.50 fee for credit and debit card transactions. Please note that CHIME and CASH APP are not accepted payment methods. We permit only one appointment reschedule per month. Clients are requested to notify us 24 hours prior to the existing appointment. Upon notification, the deposit will be credited towards the new appointment. Deposits for cancellations made within 12 hours of an appointment are non-transferable and non-refundable, with a 50% charge applied. No-call or no-show appointments will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Additionally, please note that children and additional guests are not permitted unless they are scheduled for a service. If you must bring your children or an extra guest, a $30 fee will be applied. Please make sure when scheduling, book for all services you need DONE. Appointments are based on TIME. THERW WILL BE NO EXCEPTION VIP appointments are hours outside of my work hours Tuesday- Saturday. There is an additional $50 fee added to your service ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY. FOOTBALL 🏈 DAY ITS AUTOMATICALLY $100 FEE NO EXCEPTION. This fee is not go towards your service. VIP service fees need to be paid before appointment is confirmed and booked. IF YOU ARE SICK PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ‼️‼️‼️ IF YOU SHOW UP TO APPOINTMENT SICK I WILL CANCEL YOUR SERVICE. ‼️‼️ Lace/Wig Services All lace services require a deposit, which ranges from $15 to $25 and is applied towards your service fee. If you have scheduled a frontal service wig installation, frontal quickweave, or frontal sew-in, please bring your frontal/wig two days prior to your appointment. If your appointment is on a Monday or Tuesday, please bring your unit the Friday before your appointment. If you bring your frontal in the same day as your appointment or within 24 hours of your appointment time, an additional $30 will be added to your service. Drop-off is at the shop. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Ross Gurls Beauty has a 75% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Ross Gurls Beauty at (816) 714-9575 or msross8709@yahoo.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
